Born and raised in Oslo, I hold both a waiter’s certificate and a sommelier diploma from Kulinarisk Akademi. After 12 years of selling wine in restaurants in Oslo, I switched sides of the table and have now spent the past 20 years working for a wine importer, helping restaurants fill their cellars and glasses.
A lifelong food and wine lover and when I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me chasing big waves with a kite, balancing on a yoga mat, or skiing and biking in the mountains.
